BLOOMIYA does not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Your rights as a California resident

Under the CCPA and CPRA, you have the right to:

Know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and retain.
Delete personal information we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate personal information.
Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to make a request

Email privacy@bloomiya.ai with the subject line "CCPA Request". Include the specific right you'd like to exercise and enough information for us to verify your identity (typically your account email).

We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days as required by law. If we need more time (up to 90 days total), we will let you know within the first 45 days.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof that you authorized them, and we may still ask you to verify your identity directly.
