We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build our 8-microservice backend architecture. You'll work on Auth, Health, Earnings, and AI services using Python/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Redis. This is a high-impact role where you'll help define the technical foundation of our health-rewards platform.
Build our consumer mobile app for verified health rewards, with a long-term on-chain roadmap. You'll implement 75+ screens across iOS and Android using React Native/Expo, integrating with wearable devices (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Google Fit) and our AI coaching system.

Our on-chain roadmap is jurisdiction-contingent; current production runs on a closed-loop rewards model.
Architect and optimize our PostgreSQL 15 database infrastructure. Each of our 8 microservices has service-specific schemas handling health data, earnings, user profiles, blockchain transactions, and AI conversation history at scale.
Ensure flawless quality across our platform. You'll implement our rigorous 8-phase testing protocol covering syntax validation, AST structure, static analysis, service startup, integration testing, and endpoint verification across 8 microservices and 75+ mobile screens.
Refine and optimize the SubCoin rewards program economic model. You'll work on the 70/10/20 distribution (immediate/vested/treasury), 180-day cliff mechanics, and family multipliers (3-day streak activation). Design the long-term SubCoin utility model including redemption partner economics and future on-chain settlement design. This role bridges rewards-program design, ledger research, and behavioral economics. Our on-chain roadmap is jurisdiction-contingent; current production runs on a closed-loop rewards model.
Secure and scale our infrastructure. You'll manage AWS deployments, implement AWS KMS for security, set up monitoring with Prometheus, and ensure our 8 microservices communicate securely. This role is critical for protecting sensitive user data and, over time, on-chain assets.
